Baby boy is 7 months old!! This past month he has been teething so he has battled several colds. I think the boys have been just been passing it back and forth to each other. He had been doing so well going to bed at night but when he started teething, I started having issues again getting him to go to sleep. But then as soon as his first tooth (his bottom left) came in he started going to bed again with no trouble. Towards the last few days of this past month he also got his second bottom tooth. He goes to bed around 8-8:30 and then still gets up at least once if not twice. He is starting to really notice strangers, and if he isn't familiar with you he cries. He is still just rolling over from belly to back pretty consistently but has done the back to belly twice this month. He is pretty lazy and still prefers to just lay around on the floor or be in his little rocker chair. He is definitely learning to play with toys, his favorites are the Sophie Giraffe (which has been renamed to a boy name:) and this owl and rabbit soft rattle toy. He has also started using the bumbo and highchair this month while he eats. He has started eating cereal for breakfast and supper and then he gets a fruit or vegetable for lunch. So far he has loved everything, specifically peas. I have tried making my own baby food but he isn't a huge fan of that yet. So I am still giving him store bought foot, but I am going to start slowing adding in my mixture to switch him over. I don't mind the store bought..I love the convenience of it. But I also like saving a little so making helps out.
