Meeting her first 4-h heifer...Poppy
Meet Gus
So excited to have Poppy at our house!
Our evening routine
Noble County Open Show-She showed amazing and was called back in to participate in the showmanship class and placed 3rd.
Turning their projects in to the county fair. They both received blue ribbons and had so much fun creating them. Koop did robotics and Entomology and Tenlee did crafts.
DAIRY DAY
Lots of little dreams of my girl showing came true that day.
Making their tails look pretty.
All set up and ready to go
Best Friends.
Can't believe she is all ready to show in her whites!
The most special moment of the whole fair...watching Grandma put
her tag on.I honestly didn't know if this memory would even get made!
Praying with our sweet girl to help calm her nerves.
Showing Bahama Mama
Poppy Girl
First at the other end with Poppy girl, but she learned so much
from this heifer and gained a new best friend in the barn!

Love how serious he is here.
Heading in with Gus
We told her she would probably get last so third place was a wonderful surprise!
Getting picked for Reserve Grand Champion
Showmanship class
Cannot wait to do this picture every year!
GOAT DAY
Miss Poppy came from Uncle Steve. She gets to keep her and raise her. This was such a sweet and special thing he did for her. He loved this picture of the two of the them so Tenlee made him his own copy.
INDIANA STATE FAIR
Junior Showmanship Class-Grades 3rd-5th
By this point I was about ready to scream!! This was her
goal with her uncles all summer and she did it like a pro!
One of my favorite pictures!
The neatest part of Tenlee winning showmanship is the fact that all three of these girls won...the middle girl has been Tenlee's mentor for the past 2 years for our county. And she was mentored by my younger brothers. The young lady on the right is my future sis-in-law's sister. These three girls all tacked together, helped each other that weekend and all three won the showmanship class. It was the most amazing thing when Carly won the last class. Our girls took the show!! Just an amazing memory!
Tenlee and Remi
So proud of this little girl!
Junior Champion Showman
One last goat open show for the year
She got them each a canvas of a special picture that I had taken the week
of fair as a small thank you for all they both did for Tenlee thru the year.
