We were planning on going to South Carolina again this year, but the kids loved our little trip to Gatlinberg last year so we decided to just do that again.We had a blast even though we were really unsure how it would go with Covid19 still going on. The only thing we had to switch was cancel our Dollywood day trip. But it saved us money so Ty and I were good with it:)
Our view this year was really cool...we looked out onto the
main strip and at night the lights were really pretty.
The weather was absolutely perfect the first day we got there so we ate and then got dressed and headed out for some pictures so I could cross that off my list for that week.
These views never get old.
Their favorite thing we did...swim every day!
My brother and his girlfriend and all of there friends were down there visiting so we met up with the 6 of them and hiked the next day. It was over 3.7 miles one way just to see the waterfall...but the kids did AMAZING!

This was the neat part...you could walk behind the waterfall. The kiddos thought this was pretty cool.

He fell in so we took his shorts off to help dry them while we played in the water.
We told the kids that after the long hike we would get ice-cream at our favorite little shop.

Unfortunately we got a major flat tire and had to put our spare on...which is not in the greatest shape. So before we left we had to had our tire replaced. So thankful it happened right by our hotel and not on the way down or while we were up in the mountains.
They were so tired the next day after hiking all afternoon.
This was the only thing he wanted to get with his money...can't believe we found one!

They have never went golfing...we took them to one that night and
they LOVED it! It was such a fun course and we all enjoyed it.

Whenever we are on vacation or camping the kids always have daddy tell scary toys before bed!

Swimming again...they loved being able to watch a movie each night
and then get popcorn and hot chocolate for our late night snack.
They did amazing driving down there and were so good the whole time we were there
so we surprised them with legos. And they were so excited for Dollywood this year so this
helped make up for that. They literally played with them the whole way home.
